Dust cleaning method of dust collector baghouse filter bags include:
1. Gas cleaning dust: gas cleaning is using the high pressure gas or external atmospheric to back blow baghouse filter bags to remove the ash from the dust collector filter bags. Gas cleaning includes pulse jet cleaning, air reversed blow cleaning and back suction air cleaning.
2. Mechanical shaking dust cleaning: it is divided into the top shaking and the middle shaking dust cleaning (both for the baghouse filter bags). It is using mechanical rapping device periodic beat rapping each row of baghosue filter bags to remove the ash and dust on the surface of dust collector filter bags.
3. Artificial beat: manually beat all dust collector filter bags to remove the dust particle and ash deposited on the baghouse filter bags.
