Polypropylene(PP)   filter bags

Suitable for   continuous temperature less than 90,   instantaneous maximum temperature less than 100 working   conditions, oxidation resistance is general, PH value range: 1 - 14,   excellent hydrolysis resistance

It is suitable for   dust collection in food, flour, sugar, fertilizer plant, electroplating,   pesticide and other conditions.

Acrylic   copolymer(AC) filter bags

Suitable for   continuous working temperature less than 110,   instantaneous less than 115 working   conditions, oxidation resistance is general, PH value range: 6 - 13, relative   humidity < 5%.

Dust collection for   working conditions such as detergent, pulverized coal and so on

Polyester(PE)   filter bags

It is suitable for   the condition of continuous temperature less than 130   and no more than 150. It has   good antioxidant capacity, acid alkali resistance and pH range: 4 to 12,   relative humidity < 4%, and the life expectancy is affected by the water   content of flue gas at high temperature.

It is applied to   mine, limestone powder, cement raw material, mill and packaging, iron making,   continuous casting, sintering, electric furnace dust removal, alumina   transportation, electrolytic aluminum flue gas, non-ferrous metal smelting   gas, and dust collection in wood processing, grain processing and   pharmaceutical industries.

Polyphenylene   Sulfide(PPS) filter bags

It is suitable for   working conditions with a continuous temperature less than 160 and no more than 200 instantaneously. Antioxidant capacity is   not good, has excellent acid and alkali resistance, pH range: 1 - 14,   relative humidity >30%

Used for dust   collection of low-oxygen flue gas in coal-fired boilers, waste incineration,   metal smelting, chemical industry, etc.

Aramid(Nomex)   filter bags

It is suitable for   the condition of continuous temperature less than 204   and no more than 240 at the   moment. The antioxidant capacity is general, pH range: 5 - 9, relative   humidity <10%. At high temperature, its performance is affected by water   content.

Dust collection   suitable for asphalt mixing, non-ferrous metal smelting, ceramic, glass,   cement industry kiln head (grate cooler), steel plant blast furnace gas and   other working conditions

Polyimide(PI/P84)   filter bags

Suitable for   continuous temperature less than 220,   instantaneous no more than 260 working   conditions, oxidation resistance is general, PH value range: 3 - 13, relative   humidity < 25%

It is used for   collecting gas from chemical industry, metal smelting, garbage incineration,   cement kiln tail and coal-burning boiler.

Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)   filter bags

It is suitable for   the condition of continuous temperature less than 250   and no more than 280 at the   moment. It has excellent resistance to various chemical corrosion properties.   The pH range is 1 - 14 and relative humidity >30%. The filter material has   excellent cleaning performance.

It is used for high   temperature flue gas dust collection in chemical industry, coal-fired boiler,   garbage incineration and non-ferrous metal smelting.

Fiberglass   filter bags

Suitable for   continuous working temperature less than 260,   instantaneous less than 280,working   conditions, good oxidation resistance, PH value range: 4-9, relative humidity   55%

High temperature   flue gas collection for cement, coal fired boilers, waste incineration,   steelmaking electric furnaces, blast furnace gas and ferroalloy furnace.
