The method of prolonging the life of filter bag of dust collector
The filter bag is a key part in the operation of the dust collector bag house system. Usually the cylindrical filter bag is suspended vertically in the duster. The fabric and design of filter bags should be highly efficient in filtration, easy to dust peeling and durable. In pulse jet and air box type pulse dust collector bag house, dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag.
When the dusty gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is arrested on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the filter bag through the filter material. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the filter bag to prevent the collapse of the filter bag, and at the same time it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake.
The dust removal efficiency of bag type dust collector is related to filter bag property, filtration speed, dust concentration and continuous running time, and these factors are interrelated and interacted. Therefore, the comprehensive analysis and comprehensive consideration should be taken when the design parameters of bag filter are selected. Of course, the parameters of dust and accessories such as the wind pressure and air volume of the bag type dust collector also have direct influence on the dust removal effect. It should also be considered together in the process of design and use.
Matters needing attention to prolong the life of filter bag:
1. The blockage of the filter bag: when the filter bag is blocked, the resistance increases, and it can be shown by the reading value of the differential pressure meter. Clogging of filter bags is the main cause of filter bag wear, perforation and shedding. The reasons for the blockage of the filter bags are: temporarily strengthening the ash removal to eliminate the blockage of the filter bags; part or all replacing the filter bags; and adjusting the installation and operation conditions.
2. The breakage of the filter bag: the shape of the filter bag and the installation method of the filter bag and the location that the mechanism determines the easy breakage of the filter bag, so that it can be inspected and maintained. However, the filter bags are mainly damaged by the following reasons. If the breakage occurs, they can be inspected according to the following table:
3. Aging of filter bags: for the following reasons, investigation should be carried out to eliminate the measures and replace the filter bags. (1) hardening and shrinkage due to abnormal high temperature; (2) contact with acid, alkali or organic solvent vapor; and reaction with water.
4. Filter cloth should not hang too loose or too tight, too loose, easy to accumulate dust, too tight and easy to pull broken.
5. New and old filter bags should not be mixed to avoid damage time and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
6. Replace the filter bags, first use compressed air to blow clean, then check whether there is a hole, there is a hole repaired after waiting for replacement. If the filter bag is covered with dust, rinse with water and cool dry for replacement.
